At the end of each day I go for my power walk.
It has started with the idea of an exercise. I needed to do some kind of exercises, but because of the sore knee (at that time), I knew I can't do much, and at this particular time I could not come up with any better idea then just walking. So I started to walk. Every day. Actually every night, before sleep.
You may ask, why I do this at night not during the day. Well, I have noticed that when it is dark I can more easily concentrate on a chosen thoughts and I am less distracted by the outside world. Mainly because I can't see much - because it is dark :) But also outer noises, such as other people talking or cars driving by do not occur so often. Say maybe except of weekends some time :) But in general I feel more comfortable to do it when it is quiet, so I can hear my own thoughts, and I am not distracted by outside images.
During my walks I have a lot of thoughts. All kinds. Sometimes I thing they are having a race in my head! :)
I soon started to be very selective and choose thoughts with positive outcomes only. Thoughts that are nice, pleasant, make me smile or even laugh.
I now intentionally think about my goals and things I want to achieve.
I support it with positive believe statements and say affirmations.
I also support all those thoughts, pictures and images with feeling of joy, excitement and passion.
It makes me so energized and motivated! It helps me rise my vibration. It works as does the meditation!

It helps me find solutions to problems and allows to see the bigger picture. It just really empowers me. That is why I call it my power walk. And believe it or not, but it really has power as I can see my life changing :)
Try power walk and see how it can change your life. It doesn't have to be a long walk. Just long enough so you can give at least a little positive thought to things that are most important in your life at the moment.
